Biography
Jon Pardi is a California-born country star known for fusing neotraditional roots with modern energy, earning six Country Airplay number ones.
Pardi launched his career in Nashville after high school, releasing his debut album Write You a Song in 2014. He broke through with California Sunrise (2016), which produced chart-toppers like “Head Over Boots” and “Dirt on My Boots.”
His third album, Heartache Medication (2019), showcased his love for classic country while evolving his sound. Its title track became a number-one hit, followed by fan favorites like “Ain’t Always the Cowboy.”
In 2022, he dropped Mr. Saturday Night, including the hit “Last Night Lonely.” That same year, he was invited to join the Grand Ole Opry—making him the first Californian to receive the honor.
Pardi’s fifth album, Honkytonk Hollywood, released in April 2025, is described as his “most grown-up” work to date. With 17 tracks produced by Jay Joyce, it blends heartfelt lyrics with honkytonk grit.
