BigXthaPlug is an American rapper known for hits like "Texas," "Mmhmm," and "Whip It," with his breakout single earning RIAA Gold certification.
Born Xavier Landum in Dallas in 1998, he grew up in a tough environment, influenced by his parents' musical tastes and street life. After excelling in football, his college career ended due to legal issues, leading him to pursue rap while facing incarceration. His time in solitary confinement sparked his passion for songwriting, pushing him toward a full-time music career.
Following his release, he dropped Amar (2023), featuring "Texas," and founded 600 Entertainment, signing emerging artists. His single "Mmhmm" climbed the Billboard Hot 100, gaining momentum after a remix with Finesse2tymes.
In 2023, he embarked on the Don't Mess With Texas tour, solidifying his presence in the rap industry.
