Kali Uchis is an American singer and songwriter known for her genre-blending style and viral hit Telepatía.
She first gained recognition with her debut mixtape Drunken Babble (2012) and EP Por Vida (2015), which led to a deal with Virgin EMI Records. Her breakthrough came with Isolation (2018), an album praised for its eclectic sound and artistic vision.
Her second studio album, Sin Miedo (del Amor y Otros Demonios) (2020), marked her first Spanish-language project. The single Telepatía became a viral sensation, reaching number 25 on the Billboard Hot 100 and earning double platinum certification.
In 2023, her album Red Moon in Venus peaked at number four on the Billboard 200, followed by Orquídeas (2024), which debuted at number two. She announced her fifth studio album, Sincerely, set for release on May 9, 2025.
