David Guetta (born November 7, 1967) is a French DJ and record producer known for his global influence in electronic music. He has sold over 10 million albums and 65 million singles.
Guetta released his debut album, Just a Little More Love, in 2002, followed by Guetta Blaster (2004) and Pop Life (2007). His breakthrough came with One Love (2009), featuring hits like When Love Takes Over and Sexy Bitch. His 2011 album Nothing but the Beat solidified his mainstream success with tracks like Titanium and Without You.
In 2019, he co-created the "future rave" subgenre with Morten Breum, releasing the New Rave EP in 2020. His 2022 single I'm Good (Blue) with Bebe Rexha became a major hit.
Guetta has won multiple awards, including two Grammys. In 2021, he sold his music catalog for an estimated $100–150 million.
Born in Paris, he has Moroccan-Jewish and Belgian roots. He grew up in a family connected to media and arts, with relatives in journalism and acting.
