Raised in Greensburg, Kentucky, McDaniel moved to Nashville after college to pursue country music. Struggling through the pandemic, he worked double shifts, wrote constantly, and refused to give up.
His breakout single, “Project,” hit No. 1 on Billboard Digital Sales and iTunes Country, while the emotional “Your Daughter” climbed to No. 3 on the all-genre chart.
