Max Zhang, born on July 5, 2002, and known professionally as yung kai, is a 22-year-old Chinese-Canadian indie musician and producer, based in Vancouver, Canada.
Originally from Kuching, Sarawak, Yung Kai’s early interests lay in volleyball and computer engineering. However, his passion for music took him on a different path.
