NBA YoungBoy, born Kentrell Gaulden in 1999, is an American rapper known for his prolific mixtape releases. He gained recognition in 2017 with "Untouchable" and "No Smoke."
His breakthrough came with Outside Today (2018), which peaked in the Billboard Hot 100’s top 40. His debut album, Until Death Call My Name, reached No. 7 on the Billboard 200. In 2019, his mixtape AI YoungBoy 2 debuted at No. 1, followed by multiple chart-topping projects.
YoungBoy has released several successful albums, including Top (2020) and Sincerely, Kentrell (2021), both hitting No. 1. With over 80 million digital sales, he ranks among the highest-certified artists in the U.S.
