Biography

Ash Minor is an English-born R&B artist who gained national attention as a contestant on Season 1 of The Four: Battle for Stardom in 2018.

Raised between Manchester and Brisbane in a musical family, Ash honed his soulful vocal style across continents before relocating to Los Angeles in 2017 to pursue his music full-time. He began performing in international cities like Amsterdam, Dubai, and Sydney, which shaped his globally-influenced sound.

On The Four, Ash joined as an original finalist. His heartfelt rendition of Miguel’s “Adorn” made an impression, though he was eliminated early in the competition. He returned during the comeback round but was ultimately edged out by Zhavia after a standout cover of “When I Was Your Man.”

Following the show, Ash collaborated with Grammy-nominated producers including Cam and Rory Noble. He began work on his debut project in 2019, blending R&B, soul, and alternative elements to craft a sound that reflects his personal and artistic journey.

Now active in both the Australian and American scenes, Ash Minor continues to evolve as a vocalist and songwriter, aiming to inspire with music rooted in emotion, resilience, and authenticity.
